When you have purchased an item on , it usually takes 3-7 business days before you receive your goods. If you order before 17.00 pm (on a weekday), we will process, pack and send your order to you on the same day. 
However, we do note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods – especially in conjunction with sales and public holidays. 
For delivery options in the different countries, we ask you to refer to the terms and conditions for each specific country. 

All in one parcel 
As a rule, we always send the whole order in one shipment. 
If this is not possible, we will contact you. 

Orders are delivered directly from our European suppliers’ warehouses in Europe. Orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

Delivery options 

You have 7 days to pick up your order, after which it will automatically be returned to our stock. 

Receiving a delivery and warranty
The delivery has to be signed for when you receive it. It doesn’t have to be you who signs for it. Other people at the delivery address (such as a family member, friend, receptionist etc.) can also sign for it with binding effect on your behalf. 
If your goods are incomplete, or we have delivered the wrong goods, please contact our Customer Service. If you can you already see missing goods etc. at the time the shipper wants to make the delivery, you should refuse to accept the goods. Due to our strict hygiene policy, returns of underwear and swimwear are not possible. This is because we believe that the quality of our products are not compromised.

We offer you 14 days to evaluate your purchase. If you regret your purchase in full, we will return the amount of the goods and delivery cost. We do not pay the return freight.

Defect Items:
As a customer, you have the right to return items with a manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appear, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.

Return of defected goods:

Wait for the return approval notification, return code and further instruction.

The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received to Modesnak
If you order over a weekend or public holiday, your order will first be processed on the next available weekday.

Once you have completed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, and once we have packed and shipped your item(s), you will receive a receipt with tracking information – again by e-mail. 

Minimum age for purchasing 
You must be at least 18 years old to shop on the webshop. If you are under 18 years old, you need to have your parents’ or guardians’ consent to purchase on www.
When are you bound by an order? 
Before you complete your order on the webshop, you have the option to change the information you’ve entered: for example delivery, billing or payment details or the number of items. 

As soon as you click ‘order’, you will receive a confirmation on your screen. From this point, you are bound by the ‘agreement to purchase’ and may not amend or cancel your order. You still have 14 days free return (see the section on ‘Returns’) and we also refer to the section in the terms and conditions on the ‘Right of withdrawal’.

We reserve the right to cancel an order 
We reserve the right to cancel an order or a purchase without being liable for any damages or other costs, in one of the following situations: 

1) Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
2) Your order has been submitted with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or submitted in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.
3) An unintentional error has occurred on the webshop, e.g. a payment error etc.
4) We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old.


Payment methods 
We accept the following payment methods on 

– Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna.

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card’s security code (Credit Card verification value (CVV)). You will find the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the back of the credit card. The security code is necessary for the payment to be carried out and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security requirements. 


If you wish to complain about an item or have received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service if you have not already refused to accept the package when it was delivered. 
In case of faulty or wrong goods, you can choose between the following options: 

1) Return the item and have the purchase price and all shipping costs refunded. 
2) Keep the product and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price. 

When you contact our Customer Service, please provide the order number, item number, and describe what you are complaining about. 

You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of defective or wrong items. We will naturally refund the purchase price and original shipping costs as soon as we have received the goods – unless you choose to receive a new product to replace the original product. 

The warranty covers fabrication and material defects that can be identified by the normal use of the product, Therefore, the warranty does not cover defects, damages or wear, directly or indirectly, arising from improper handling, lack of maintenance, violent use or suchlike. 
Complaints about defects, which should be detected by usual examination of the item upon its receipt, must be notified to us within a reasonable time. 
We reserve the right to make specific assessments for each individual case.

Force Majeure

Modesnak is not obligated to fulfil any obligation towards the Other Party if the failure cannot be attributed to them.

A non-attributable failure is understood to mean in these General Terms and Conditions, in addition to its meaning in statutory and case law, all causes, foreseen or unforeseen, on which Modesnak can exert no influence and as a result of which Modesnak is no longer able to meet its obligations. War, armed conflicts, terrorist attack, rebellions, riots, nuclear reactions, natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, fires, strikes and other actions by the staff of Modesnak and/or its supplier, failures on the part of a supplier and/or manufacturer of the Goods (including late deliveries), transport problems, failure to obtain any permits required for delivery, failure in the energy network or the closure of the sites or buildings in which Modesnak carries out its activities or failures in its IT systems, are in any case included.

If a failure to comply with one of the Parties’ obligations cannot be attributed to them, the Parties’ mutual obligations will be suspended until the moment that the performance of the obligations is reasonably possible again.

If a suspension due to a non-attributable failure lasts longer than 2 months, then each of the Parties is entitled to terminate the Agreement without delay and without any notice of default or judicial intervention, without the Parties being able to claim compensation from each other.

Insofar as Modesnak has partially fulfilled its obligations under the Agreement at the time that the non-attributable failure arises and if the part that has been fulfilled has an independent value, Modesnak is entitled to separately invoice the part already fulfilled. The Other Party is obligated to pay this invoice as if it were a separate agreement.
